Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the webshop operated by Nordic Distribution TZ Ltd. Tanzania and the purchase of electronic products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. General Information

  • This webshop is operated by Nordic Distribution TZ Ltd., a company registered in Tanzania.
  • Our registered office is located at Regent Estate Plot 161, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

2. Product Information

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.
  • Prices are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) and include 18% VAT where applicable.

3. Ordering Process

  • Orders are placed via our secure online platform.
  • Confirmation of your order will be sent via email and constitutes acceptance of your purchase together with payment options.
  • Nordic Distribution TZ Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be done after ordering to our CRDB Bank account.
  • All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • All products are in stock and available at our office in Mikocheni and can be picked up immediately after payment has been received and verified.
  • We also offer delivery services through trusted third-party couriers.
  • Delivery arrangements can be made upon request, and charges will apply based on the courier's prevailing rates and service terms.
  • Customers may also opt to arrange their own pickup or delivery through a preferred logistics provider.
  • While we coordinate with reliable partners, Nordic Distribution TZ Ltd. is not liable for delays, damages, or losses incurred during third-party transit.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for defective or incorrect items.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection and approval.
  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

7. Warranty

  • All products are covered under a standard warranty period of 12 months, unless otherwise specified.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external factors.
  • Claims must be submitted to support@nordic.co.tz with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Nordic Distribution TZ Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
