Recently, Nordic Distribution Tz Ltd hosted a technical solar training seminar in Dar es Salaam in partnership with its strategic principal, JA Solar. The session, titled “Mastering Solar Excellence with JA Solar Technology,” took place on Thursday, December 5th, 2025, at the Holiday Inn Hotel and brought together solar installers, renewable energy engineers, and technical sales professionals from across the country.
The main goal of the training was simple but important to share practical knowledge and real world experience on how to properly design, install, and maintain high performance solar systems using JA Solar PV modules and energy storage solutions supplied by Nordic Distribution.
Working under the theme “Precision in Every Connection, Empowering Skills to Power Africa,” the discussions focused on what truly matters in the field. Participants explored the latest JA Solar module technologies, learned how to correctly integrate high wattage panels with inverters and battery storage systems, and reviewed installation and maintenance practices that ensure systems remain reliable and efficient in East Africa’s demanding environmental conditions.
What stood out most during the day was the level of engagement and professionalism from the participants. The questions, shared experiences, and hands on discussions reflected a growing commitment within Tanzania’s solar community to deliver quality, long lasting installations.
This training further strengthened the partnership between Nordic Distribution and JA Solar, and reinforced our shared belief that building local technical capacity is key to the long-term growth of the renewable energy sector in Tanzania.
